Midlands
Midlands Gardens is the most recent development undertaken by the Kapiti Retirement Trust. The villas, constructed in the past seven years, consist of 93 two+-bedroom, brick and tile, standalone villas. They all have internal access to a garage (some double) a sunroom and ensuite. There is a call button connected to the Lodge at Sevenoaks and all are built to an executive standard of housing.
Communal facilities include a modern, purpose-built recreation centre complete with activities rooms, library, dining room, commercial kitchen, outdoor bowling green and more.
Security is ensured through excellent parameter fencing, controlled gates and regular security checks at night by a local security company.

To reach Midlands Gardens you turn left at Milne Drive (between Mitre 10 and the Shell petrol station) and continue through the first roundabout. The entrance to Midlands Gardens is about 50m on from the roundabout on your right.

A wide range of facilities are available at both sites and all facilities at both sites are freely available for use by all residents.
